Shift Leader Responsibilities:

Lead daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts Ensure fast, accurate, and friendly service Coach and support team members throughout the shift Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently Assist with training and onboarding new employees Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards

Shift Leader Requirements:

Previous leadership or supervisory experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Passion for hospitality and guest service Positive attitude and strong work ethic
