Job Description

We're seeking a passionate General Manager/Restaurant Manager who thrives on delivering exceptional guest service, developing team members, and leading restaurant operations with excellence. We are looking for an intrapreneur to be a part of the exciting changes coming for Bistro 933, our reimagined restaurant at the Hilton Garden Inn (https://bistro933.com/) in South Bend, IN. If you're a hospitality-focused leader who enjoys building high-performing teams and creating memorable dining experiences, we'd love to meet you.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead daily restaurant operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop team members Create and manage staff schedules to support business needs Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate restaurant supplies Address guest concerns professionally and resolve issues effectively Review guest feedback and implement service improvements Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and hospitality excellence Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
WHAT YOU BRING
Restaurant leadership or management experience Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations Exceptional guest service and communication skills Proven ability to lead and motivate teams Positive attitude, professionalism, and reliability Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays Commitment to creating outstanding guest experiences
