Negotiable, based on experience We are seeking a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) to support dietary operations across Vincennes and Sullivan, IN and surrounding areas . In this role, you will oversee the dietary department, ensuring high-quality food service while maintaining compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the dietary department Manage food service staff, including scheduling, hiring, and performance management Conduct probationary and annual evaluations , including disciplinary actions as needed Prepare meals in accordance with planned menus and approved substitutions Ensure food is prepared following standardized recipes and special diet orders Review resident care plans to ensure dietary needs are met Provide nutrition support with guidance from a Registered Dietitian Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support overall operations Qualifications Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification required Previous long-term care experience preferred Prior management or supervisory experience preferred
