This role is vital for ensuring that routine work activities are conducted efficiently and effectively by service employees engaged in food services.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily work activities for employees involved in food operations and services.
  • Provide support to management in overseeing key functions and ensuring adherence to operational standards.
  • Assist in managing food service staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within food service operations.
  • Participate in the training and orientation of new staff members to ensure they understand operational protocols.
  • Requirements:
  • Previous experience in food service management or supervisory roles is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively guide and manage teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of service.
  • Commitment to upholding health and safety standards in food operations.
  • Must be willing to undergo a KBI background check, as scheduled by the state, and complete a one-week orientation provided by the state during the first week of employment.
