This is not a "stand around and watch" kitchen. We need someone who can lead a shift, keep tickets moving, communicate with the team, and stay calm when the kitchen gets slammed. What You'll Do Lead and support the kitchen team during shifts Keep ticket times efficient during busy rushes Ensure food quality and consistency Help with prep, line setup, and closing duties Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards Assist with training new kitchen staff Communicate with bartenders, servers, and management Help keep the kitchen organized, stocked, and running smoothly What We're Looking For Kitchen experience required Leadership experience preferred Ability to handle fast-paced, high-volume shifts Strong communication and sense of urgency Reliable, drama-free, and team-oriented Nights and weekends availability preferred Someone who leads by example instead of standing around on their phone
