Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Night Shift Crew Member and become a vital part of our fast-paced food service environment! As a Night Shift Crew Member, you'll be responsible for preparing food, maintaining cleanliness, operating POS systems, and ensuring the smooth operation of our quick service restaurant during nighttime hours. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help us serve delicious meals efficiently while creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers. Duties Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and safety standards, ensuring quality and consistency. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Handle cash transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties, with attention to detail. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, upselling menu items, and addressing inquiries professionally. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by cleaning workstations, bussing tables, and adhering to food safety protocols. Assist in food handling, stocking supplies, and managing food storage to ensure freshness and safety. Support team members during busy periods by managing multiple tasks such as food prep, cashiering, and food delivery within the restaurant or café setting. Experience Previous experience in food preparation or working in a quick service or fast-food restaurant environment is preferred. Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly advantageous. Strong background in food service, cashiering, or retail math enhances your ability to succeed in this role. Experience with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures is essential. Proven ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality customer service. Restaurant experience involving serving customers, bussing tables, or working in a café or grocery store setting is beneficial. Basic math skills for cash handling, sales transactions, and inventory management are required.
