Job Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Specific Duties:
1. Process commodity and rebate forms. 2. Complete monthly inventory of supplies and food. 3. Produce production records for the monthly menus. 4. Work directly with food service staff. 5. Place weekly grocery and dairy order. 6. Attend training, meetings, and professional learning activities. 7. Assist in food preparation and serving. 8. Assist in ensuring the cleanliness of all areas of the kitchen and cafeteria. 9. Notify the food service director at the earliest possible time when unavailable to work. 10. Follow all policies and procedures relating to the safety measures, sanitation practices, personal standards, work techniques, and methods of performing work related duties. 11. Follow all policies and procedures involved in safe food preparation, handling of food, and serving of food. 12. Ensure that all facilities and equipment are cleaned and sanitized properly. 13. Perform other duties assigned by the school food service director or superintendent.
