Job Description:
The Team Leader is an hourly leadership role responsible for supporting daily operations, delivering exceptional customer service, coaching team members, and driving Unlimited Wash Club memberships. This position leads by example, helps maintain a clean, safe, and efficient facility, and assists management in achieving operational and sales goals.
Responsibilities:
Lead and support team members during shiftsDeliver outstanding customer servicePromote and sell Unlimited Wash Club membershipsAssist with vehicle loading and daily operationsMaintain facility cleanliness and safety standardsTrain and mentor Customer Service AssociatesSupport opening, closing, and operational procedures
