POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for the disassembly, cleaning, sanitation, inspection and reassembly of production equipment and facilities. Must be willing and capable of learning and becoming proficient in all areas of Sanitation. Assist Sanitation Manager with daily tasks. Promoting employee safety, culture, and food safety .

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

: Inventory management, documentation, data interpretation, leadership, mathematical formulas, policy enforcement, computer software skills, production equipment, CIP operation, and other duties assigned by the business.

COMPETENCIES

Mathematical skills, computer software skills, organization and multitasking skills, mechanical skills, chemical safety, employee safety, 7 steps of sanitation.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Required Education:

High school or equivalent or minimum of 3 years' experience in sanitation.

Required Experience:

Understanding and ability to complete all tasks of sanitation tech and CIP operator, chemical handling experience.
