Duties Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and transactions Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring guest satisfaction Upsell menu items to enhance sales and maximize customer experience Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas, including bussing tables and food handling Assist with food safety protocols, proper food storage, and sanitation procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations Requirements Previous experience in food preparation, food service, or quick service & fast food restaurant environments preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and retail math calculations Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience in cashiering, serving, bussing tables, or retail environments is advantageous Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings as needed Join us today and become part of a lively team dedicated to delivering great food and memorable experiences!
