Who we are: We're a tiny, local, small-batch frozen yogurt popup here in New Orleans. Clean-label, simple ingredients, seasonal flavors, house-made sauces & toppings, fair-trade & craft chocolate.

stellysfroyo We currently operate in a 10 ft vintage camper down on the Batture by the river, and now we're jumping into another POP UP LOCATION, taking over a bar space inside a boutique hotel in the Garden District. The takeover begins around August 1. I need someone who can hop between both spaces. What you'd actually be doing flexible with working at the river until we open the pop up Operate our commercial-grade frozen yogurt machine (it's not hard, I'll train you).

Oversee some prep:

we'll coordinate this and prob do everything for both spots on the same day, but yogurt, sauces, portioning toppings, etc. Handle inventory, rotating stock, noticing what we're low on, texting/calling me what we need Run Clover POS during service Keep food safety tight: follow health regs, make sure everything stays clean and handled right.
