We are seeking a motivated restaurant shift manager to assist in managing our daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in restaurant management and the ability to work collaboratively with our team to ensure excellent service and a seamless guest experience. We are also hiring energetic team members for front and back of house positions.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the general manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations. Supervise and train staff members, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner. Monitor and improve customer satisfaction and service quality. Oversee daily cash handling procedures Oversee daily cleaning procedures Ensure all equipment is maintained and working properly Foster a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:

Experience as a restaurant shift manager or in a similar role is preferred. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively. Familiarity with restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in hospitality management is a plus.
