Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Smalls Sliders Squad Member and become a vital part of delivering delicious, high-quality sliders and small bites to our guests! In this energetic role, you'll be the friendly face behind the counter, preparing food with precision, managing transactions efficiently, and ensuring every customer leaves satisfied. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help create a lively, welcoming atmosphere where guests can enjoy quick, tasty bites in a fast-paced environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop culinary skills, enhance customer service expertise, and thrive in a vibrant food service setting. Responsibilities Prepare small bites and sliders according to established recipes and food safety standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and cash handling Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest experience Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, adhering to all food safety regulations and sanitation protocols Assist with food handling, packaging, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen operations during busy hours Manage time efficiently to ensure quick service delivery in a fast-paced environment Support inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness Skills Proven experience in food preparation within quick service or fast food restaurants Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transactions Strong customer service skills with the ability to upsell menu items confidently Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks seamlessly during peak hours Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy Previous restaurant or café experience is preferred; retail or grocery store background is a plus Join us as a Smalls Sliders Squad Member and bring energy, enthusiasm, and culinary flair to every guest interaction!
