Janitorial Supervisor- 3rd Shift

Sunday through Thursday from 10:30pm to 7:00am Overview Join our dynamic team as a Janitorial Supervisor for the 3rd shift, where you will lead and oversee cleaning operations across our facility to ensure a spotless, safe, and welcoming environment. As a key part of our management team, you will supervise janitorial staff, coordinate cleaning schedules, and uphold quality standards that support our commitment to a clean and healthy workplace. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the daily cleaning activities performed by janitorial staff during the 3rd shift, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to quality standards Train new team members on proper cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and equipment use to promote a safe working environment Monitor and inspect work areas regularly to maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, laundry services, and custodial equipment, ensuring proper stock levels and maintenance Lead staff scheduling, assign duties, and motivate team members to achieve operational goals with energy and enthusiasm Address any issues or concerns from staff promptly, providing guidance and support to foster a positive team atmosphere Collaborate with management to develop and implement improved cleaning procedures that enhance efficiency and effectiveness Experience Proven supervising experience in janitorial services, custodial management, or hospitality housekeeping management Strong background in commercial cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or healthcare facility maintenance is highly desirable Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple priorities effectively Experience with laundry operations and custodial responsibilities in large-scale environments Familiarity with cleaning equipment, safety standards, and regulatory compliance related to hospitality or institutional facilities Join us in creating a pristine environment where cleanliness meets excellence!
