In this role, you will oversee daily concession activities, manage staff, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain high standards of food safety and quality. Your leadership will drive efficiency, boost sales, and create a welcoming environment for guests. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your management skills in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused setting. Duties Supervise gameday concession stand operations, including food preparation, cooking, and serving to ensure quick and efficient service. Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels and minimizing waste to optimize profitability. Operate POS systems for accurate sales processing. Train and develop staff on food safety procedures, customer service excellence, and operational standards to foster a motivated team. Oversee shift management by scheduling staff, assigning tasks, and ensuring smooth transitions between shifts. Enforce health and safety regulations related to food handling, sanitation, and workplace safety standards. Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a positive guest experience at all times. Qualifications Proven experience in food service management within quick service or fast food restaurant environments; casual dining or fine dining experience is a plus. Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management. ServeSafe Certified Familiarity with POS systems such as Clover. Demonstrated leadership skills with previous supervising or team management experience. Knowledge of inventory control practices and food safety regulations. Excellent communication skills with the ability to train staff effectively and handle customer interactions professionally.
