Rocco's Tacos & Tequila Bar is bringing its high-energy atmosphere, authentic Mexican cuisine, and industry-leading tequila program to Burlington, Massachusetts in Summer 2026! We are seeking an experienced and passionate Hospitality Beverage Manager to join our opening leadership team. This position is ideal for a strong floor manager who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while taking ownership of all beverage operations. The Hospitality Beverage Manager will lead by example on the restaurant floor while overseeing bar team development, beverage inventory, scheduling, training, and execution of our renowned tequila-focused beverage program. Compensation & Benefits Starting Salary:

• $75,000 Performance Bonus Program Medical Benefits 401(k) Paid Time Off (PTO) Life Insurance Dining Discounts for You and a Guest Growth Opportunities Within a Multi-Unit Restaurant Group Key Responsibilities Lead daily Front of House operations with a strong focus on bar execution and guest experience Manage and develop bartenders, barbacks, and beverage team members Create schedules and oversee labor management for bar operations Maintain beverage inventory, ordering, receiving, and cost controls Ensure proper liquor, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic inventory levels Drive beverage sales through training, product knowledge, and guest engagement Lead staff education on tequila, agave spirits, cocktails, and beverage offerings Maintain company standards for beverage presentation, consistency, and service Coach and mentor team members while fostering a positive and accountable culture Assist with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding FOH team members Handle guest concerns professionally and create exceptional hospitality experiences Partner with culinary and management teams to achieve operational goals Ensure compliance with all health, safety, alcohol service, and company standards Qualifications 3+ years of management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant Strong beverage and bar management experience required Experience with inventory management, ordering, beverage costing, and scheduling Tequila and agave spirits knowledge strongly preferred Proven leadership ability with a passion for coaching and developing teams Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment Experience opening restaurants is a plus Passion for hospitality, food, beverage, and guest satisfaction Why Rocco's?
