• Chelmsford, MA Kri Kri Grill is a new chef-owned Greek restaurant opening in Chelmsford by acclaimed Boston chef Brendan Pelley.

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Lead Prep Cook to help build and maintain the foundation of our kitchen operations. This is a key role within our opening team and ideal for someone who takes pride in organization, consistency, efficiency, and high-quality food preparation. Our menu is rooted in scratch-made Greek cooking including house-made sauces, spreads, soups, marinated meats, seasonal vegetables, and fresh daily prep. Responsibilities Execute daily prep production for service Prepare sauces, spreads, soups, vegetables, proteins, and other menu components Maintain prep pars and communicate inventory needs Assist with receiving and organizing deliveries Help maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization Support line cooks and service as needed Follow recipes and maintain consistency and quality standards Work closely with Chef/Ownership on systems and prep flow Qualifications Previous prep or line cook experience required Strong knife skills and kitchen organization Ability to work independently and stay productive Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Comfortable in a fast-paced kitchen environment Positive attitude and team mindset Scratch kitchen experience preferred Compensation $24-30/hour based on experience Full-time preferred Stable daytime-focused schedule Growth opportunities within a growing chef-driven restaurant About Kri Kri Grill Kri Kri Grill is a modern Greek restaurant inspired by traditional tavernas and built around scratch cooking, hospitality, and bold Mediterranean flavors.
