Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Floor Manager to lead our restaurant operations with enthusiasm and professionalism. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily service, manage staff, ensure food quality and safety standards are met, and create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Your leadership will inspire team excellence and uphold our reputation for outstanding hospitality. Responsibilities Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow during all shifts Lead, train, and motivate staff in food preparation, customer service, and safety protocols Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling Oversee inventory control, food production, and food safety compliance to minimize waste and maximize quality Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a memorable dining experience Coordinate shift management, including scheduling staff and supervising team performance Support hiring processes through interviewing candidates and onboarding new team members Skills Proven experience in food service management within quick service or fast food restaurants, casual dining, or fine dining environments Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; adept at cash handling and transaction accuracy Expertise in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management practices Excellent leadership skills with a background in staff training, supervising teams, and developing talent Deep understanding of food safety standards, inventory control, and food handling procedures Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to manage diverse guest needs effectively Ability to manage multiple responsibilities such as shift management, budgeting, and operational oversight in a fast-paced setting Join us as a Floor Manager to lead with passion, foster teamwork, and deliver unforgettable dining experiences!

$53,781.54 - $64,769.17 per year
