Food Service Supervisor (Seasonal Part-Time) Framingham Country Club - Framingham, MA June-September | Fixed weekly schedule: Friday-Sunday Approx. 25-27 hours per week | $22-$25 per hour Framingham Country Club is seeking a hands-on, service-focused Food Service Supervisor to oversee daily operations of Willow Brook, one of the club's busiest member dining outlets. This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional who enjoys leading from the floor, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional member experience. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, calm under pressure, and comfortable managing staff while remaining highly visible during service. Position Overview The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for the daily front-of-house operation of Willow Brook lunch service, ensuring the outlet is properly staffed, organized, and executed at a high level. This individual will provide active floor leadership, support staff development, maintain service standards, and help create a polished and welcoming experience for members and guests. This position follows a fixed weekly schedule of Friday through Sunday and is ideal for someone looking for a consistent seasonal leadership role in a hospitality setting. Responsibilities Oversee daily front-of-house operations for Willow Brook lunch service Provide active, visible floor leadership during service, especially during high-volume weekends Assist with staffing, shift execution, and service flow adjustments based on business levels Train, coach, and support staff on service expectations, club standards, and outlet procedures Hold team members accountable to punctuality, professionalism, appearance, side work, and guest service standards Help ensure the outlet is fully stocked, clean, organized, and ready for service each day Step in during service as needed to greet members, run food, support staff, and address member concerns Communicate operational needs, staffing concerns, and service updates with club leadership Support opening/closing procedures, side work completion, and daily operational organization Reinforce a high standard of hospitality and professionalism consistent with a private club environment Qualifications Previous restaurant, hospitality, or food & beverage management experience preferred Strong leadership presence and the ability to thrive in a high-volume environment Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to coach staff, provide direction, and maintain accountability Comfortable working a consistent Friday-Sunday schedule Private club experience is a plus, but not required What We're Looking For A leader who is visible, engaged, and willing to jump in wherever needed Someone who values hospitality, teamwork, and strong service execution A professional who can help elevate the member experience in one of the club's most important dining outlets A dependable supervisor who brings energy, organization, and accountability to the team each day Compensation & Schedule $22-$25 per hour Seasonal part-time position Approx. 25-27 hours per week June through September Fixed weekly schedule: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday Holiday availability may be required based on club operations If you're interested in joining a team-focused club environment and helping lead one of Framingham Country Club's busiest dining operations, we'd love to hear from you.
