Production Lead - 1st shift

Schedule:

5:30 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday and weekends upon request Job Description The Production Lead is responsible for achieving Monogram Foods' mission by working in any of the production/packaging rooms as directed and complying with all food handling, safety, and regulatory policies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Work in any of the production/packaging areas as directed by the Production Supervisor and/or Chefs/Managers. Special duties or assignments may be assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Job Qualifications:

Punctual and good attendance. Good communication, math, reading, and writing skills. Able to complete Quality, Safety training Able to work at a fast pace, repetitive and work in an environment Ability to work in a team environment and a diverse workforce. Must be flexible and able to work overtime and weekends as needed. Quality, safety minded, reliable, precise and self-motivated. Production, manufacturing, or warehouse experience preferred

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to stand on feet on concrete floor for 4 hours at a time. Must be able to work on a moving production line for 4 hours at a time. Must be able to lift and carry 20 pounds at least 50 feet. Must be able to lift and carry 20 pounds and lift it overhead. Must be able to perform all production tasks using both hands for four hours at a time. Employees must be at least 18 years of age to be eligible for employment at Monogram Foods. This role will require extended hours based on production needs, including work to be performed after regular business hours and on weekends.

Safety shoes as needed. Insulated gloves as needed. Safety knives as needed.
