Full Job Description Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience in an Assisted Living or Skilled Nursing setting Must be ServSafe Certified Must be Certified in Food Allergy Awareness Comprehensive Knowledge of all areas of Food Service Operations. Ability to positively interact with personnel, residents and family members. Ability to make decisions and adapt plans when crises occur. Proficient knowledge of food handling, equipment, menu planning, meal service, basic nutrition, sanitation and personnel management. Ability to understand and manage a budget Excellent communication skills Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) preferred.
