Weekend Cafe Supervisor

Compensation $22-$24 hourly pay and tips

NOT A SEASONAL POSITION MUST BE AVAILABLE

Saturdays 9am-3:30pm & SUNDAYS 8am-2:30pm If you are interested in weekdays we can also offer 2 week day shifts, if not you will work Saturday and Sundays but it will be every Saturday and Sunday. Position Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Working Weekend Supervisor to join our team at Honey Bean Café. This is a hands-on leadership role—you will work side by side with the team and be fully cross-trained in all areas of the café, including the register, beverage station, and kitchen. In addition to performing all regular team member duties, you will take on a leadership role during your shift by guiding workflow, supporting your teammates, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Responsibilities Work alongside team members in all areas of the café (register, drinks, kitchen, prep) Greet customers warmly, take orders, and operate the POS system accurately Prepare and serve beverages including coffee, tea, lattes, smoothies, and juices Assist with food preparation, baking, and general kitchen tasks (training provided) Lead and organize side work during shifts Assign and manage employee break times Delegate and oversee end-of-day cleaning and closing tasks Ensure a clean, efficient, and welcoming environment for both customers and staff Qualifications Friendly, positive attitude with strong customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively Strong communication and leadership skills Willingness to lead by example and support the team Prior food service or café experience preferred, but not required—training provided Must be reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in all areas of café operations Scheduling Expectations Candidates with weekday availability may be offered up to 4 shifts per week. Those with weekend-only availability will be scheduled to work both Saturday and Sunday each week. Benefits
