• Certified Dietary Management (CDM)
• ServSafe certified Job Duties for Food Service Director (FSD):
• Knowledge of and hands on experience with menu creation and food production
• Ability to coordinate dietary services with other departments Inventory, Order, and store food and material supplies weekly
• Assume administrative authority and accountability of supervising dietary staff and the overall function of the Dietary department in strict compliance with Federal, State, and local regulations and code
• Visit with residents daily to ascertain diet and food preference information The successful applicant will enjoy the opportunity to express their culinary talent in our kitchen.
