reviews $17•$19 an hour•Full-time Position Summary The Hospitality Team Leader plays a key leadership role in the front-of-house (hospitality) area, supporting daily operations, coaching front line team members, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience that reflects the Chick-fil-A culture of genuine hospitality and service excellence.Schedule:
Flexible schedule required, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Essential Duties & Responsibilities The following are essential functions; reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these activities: Lead and support front-of-house team during assigned shifts Deliver exceptional guest service by setting the standard for hospitality Coach, train, and develop front line team members on service standards Monitor guest flow, ensure station organization, and maintain cleanliness Manage guest concerns professionally and timely Oversee cash handling, POS procedures, and shift reporting Coordinate opening, transition, and closing procedures Promote teamwork, identify operational issues, and implement solutions Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace policies Work Environment & Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Occasionally lift/move up to 25 lbs with or without accommodation Work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with a focus on hospitality Effective communication with guests and team members Required Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Authorization to work in the United States Leadership experience in food service, hospitality, retail, or similar environment preferred Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay range listed above (compliant with MA wage transparency laws) Paid training and leadership development opportunities Free meals during shifts Opportunities for advancement, including Pathways leadership development programs Equal Employment Opportunity Statement Chick-fil-A Westborough is an Equal Opportunity Employer .
