Job Overview:

As a Shift Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in leading daily operations, supporting the team, and ensuring that every customer enjoys an outstanding experience. You'll oversee opening and closing procedures, maintain service standards, and uphold our commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate the café team during assigned shifts. Supervise daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and exceptional service. Craft high-quality espresso and coffee beverages, and prepare food items to standard. Manage opening and closing duties, cash handling, and ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness protocols. Train and mentor team members, providing guidance on quality, customer service, and efficiency. Resolve any guest concerns or issues quickly and professionally. Maintain inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management. Foster a positive, collaborative environment for both staff and guests.

Qualifications:

At least 1 year of experience as a shift lead, supervisor, or similar role in a café or food service environment. Proficient in making espresso drinks and light food preparation. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Dependable, punctual, and solutions-focused. Passion for great coffee, food, and creating an exceptional customer experience.
