Experience working in a pet hotel or boarding facility is required. Experience leading a team is preferred. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all operations of the pet hotel, including leading kennel technicians, ensuring guest satisfaction and medical support as needed, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service. The ideal candidate will have experience in a boarding facility or animal hospital, leadership experience, as well as strong organizational and communication skills. Responsibilities, in addition to performing kennel technician responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day operations of the hotel and pet care in partnership with the department lead. Reliable attendance and punctuallity. Manage same day issues with the team schedule if someone is absent. Maintain a high level of customer service in person, by phone, and electronically. Ensure that all hotel policies and procedures are followed. Assist with training team members. Medicate boarding pets. Willingness to work on weekends and holiday rotation as these are our busiest times.
