Join the Stone Silo Brewery Team! We're looking for an experienced, energetic Food Truck Chef / Kitchen Lead to run our busy food truck operation at Stone Silo Brewery in Damascus, Maryland.
What We're Looking For:
Certified Food Protection Manager License (required) Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment Ability to lead food truck operations independently Passion for hospitality and creating great guest experiences Pride in serving high-quality, consistently delicious food Strong organizational and food safety skills Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented
What You'll Do:
Prepare and serve a high-volume menu efficiently Maintain food quality and presentation standards Manage inventory and food ordering as needed Ensure all health department and food safety regulations are followed Help create a welcoming experience for our guests About the
