Duties Supervise daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure smooth workflow during your shift Lead, motivate, and develop team members through effective training, coaching, and performance management Oversee customer service interactions to guarantee a positive dining experience and resolve escalated issues promptly Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and merchandising to maximize sales potential and maintain visual standards Handle cash transactions accurately, perform cashiering duties, and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed Coordinate purchasing activities, monitor stock levels, and assist with inventory control to prevent shortages or overstocking Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems for sales processing and reporting; ensure compliance with store policies and procedures Skills Proven supervisory experience in retail or customer service environments with strong leadership capabilities Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency preferred for diverse customer interactions Skilled in negotiation, employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, and training new staff members Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively across multiple responsibilities Familiarity with inventory management systems, POS technology, and retail math calculations Demonstrated ability to supervise team management activities such as scheduling, training & development, and performance evaluations Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally via phone etiquette or in person; excellent organizational skills for administrative tasks Join us as a Shift Supervisor if you're passionate about leading teams in a fast-paced retail environment!
