Shift Lead - Wingstop

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team in a fast-paced environment. The Shift Leader will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff members. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily activities of staff during shifts to ensure smooth operations. Provide training and support to new team members on food handling, kitchen management, and customer service protocols. Manage inventory control, ensuring stock levels are maintained and orders are placed as necessary. Utilize Aloha POS system for order management and payment processing. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas in compliance with health standards. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction. Assist in preparing food items as needed, demonstrating culinary skills in a quick-service fast food environment. Collaborate with management on scheduling, staffing needs, and performance evaluations. Requirements Previous experience in a leadership role within a quick service fast food restaurant or similar hospitality setting is preferred. Knowledge of food handling practices and kitchen management techniques is essential. Familiarity with inventory control processes to manage stock effectively. Proficiency in using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous. Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team. Background in culinary arts or hospitality management is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
