In this role, the Shift Leader will learn all aspects of the business so he or she can become developed and ready to move on to the next step, Assistant Shop Leader. What would I do? // Be responsible for maintaining proper shop opening + closing procedures // Ensure the team maintains a clean working environment // Develop + Maintain knowledge of all ingredients and menu items // Assist in ensuring compliance with all πzza standards as well as local, state and federal health and employment laws // Follow πzza operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety/security, to ensure the safety of all tribe members. Whats Needed // 18 years of age or older // Minimum of one year in a restaurant environment and a leader // As a requirement of the position, shift leaders must be trained and pass a Food Safety Certification course. // Ability to comprehend and communicate in English via verbal and written communication, such that team members can perform their job responsibilities as required. // Strong time-management skills. Ability to multi-task, to prioritize and to organize. // Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to select, develop, inspire and manage strong teams. // Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. // Ability to delegate, follow-up and hold tribe members accountable. // All shift leader candidates must be able to successfully pass a background check
