Shift Leader

Jet's Pizza in Adrian is in need of enthusiastic and flexible Shift Leaders! In this role as a Shift Leader, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service. Reporting to the Store Manager, the primary purpose of this position is to support the smooth functioning of the store during assigned shifts. The organization expects the individual to demonstrate leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong understanding of POS systems to effectively carry out their responsibilities. Responsibilities:

Enjoy working on a team with goals to produce the best food possible Assist the GM in leading a great crew Providing top notch customer service Maintain Health and Safety sanitation requirements Break-down and clean-up of equipment and facilities Production of all food items including pizzas, wings, breads, and salads Preparation of food for daily production Count and properly handle forms of payment Ability to work with POS System and answer phones Opening and/or closing operations

Qualifications:

Willingness to learn. (On the job training is provided) Ability to follow preset guidelines for production, cleanliness and safety Flexible schedule and the ability to work weekends Starting wage dependent on experience
