Food Service Representative - Breakfast Shift

```Duties```

• Set up the breakfast area before guests arrive, ensuring all food items are properly displayed and stocked
• Prepare and serve breakfast items such as coffee, tea, juice, pastries, and hot/cold food options
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the breakfast area, including cleaning tables, countertops, and equipment
• Monitor food levels and replenish as necessary throughout the breakfast service
• Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing assistance and answering any questions they may have
• Assist with bussing tables and clearing dishes as needed
• Follow all food safety protocols and guidelines to ensure the safety of guests ```Qualifications```
• Previous experience in food service or a related field is preferred
• Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
• Flexibility to work early morning shifts, including weekends and holidays Please note that this position is within a hotel setting and may require occasional assistance in other areas of the hotel kitchen.
