Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Insider to join our vibrant team! As an Insider, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional food and customer service in a fast-paced environment. Your role is vital in creating memorable experiences for our guests by providing efficient service, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring food safety standards are met. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in food preparation, sales, and hospitality while working in a lively, team-oriented setting. $13.76 hourly plus tips. Duties Prepare and assemble food items efficiently, adhering to quality and safety standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and transactions Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and upselling menu items to enhance their experience Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and basic math calculations Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work stations, dining areas, and food handling zones in compliance with health regulations Assist with food delivery to tables or counters, bussing tables as needed to ensure a clean environment Support food safety protocols by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation practices Requirements Previous experience in food service, quick service or fast food restaurant environments preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Strong skills in food preparation, cashiering, and customer service are essential Ability to manage time effectively during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience working in a retail or grocery store environment is a plus Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude and team spirit Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, lift moderate loads, and perform physical tasks required in a fast-paced setting Join us as an Insider and be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering top-quality service!
