Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Subway Management professional, where you will lead daily operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain the highest standards of food quality and safety. As a key leader in our fast-paced, quick service restaurant environment, you will oversee staff, ensure smooth shift execution, manage inventory, and uphold brand standards. Your energetic leadership will inspire your team to excel while fostering a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Duties Lead and supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient workflow and excellent customer service Oversee food preparation processes, maintaining consistency and quality in all menu items Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling Conduct staff training, coaching, and development to promote a high-performing team environment Control inventory levels through effective stock management, ordering, and waste reduction strategies Ensure compliance with food safety standards, sanitation protocols, and health regulations Handle shift management responsibilities including scheduling, overseeing food production, and resolving customer concerns Assist with interviewing and hiring new team members to build a strong workforce Monitor restaurant performance metrics to meet operational goals and improve overall efficiency Experience Proven management experience in quick service or fast food restaurants with a focus on food service management and supervision Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen operations, and food safety practices Hands-on experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for transaction processing and reporting Background in inventory control, budgeting, and cost management within a hospitality or restaurant environment Demonstrated leadership skills in staff training, team management, and conflict resolution Experience working in casual dining or cafeteria settings with strong customer service orientation Familiarity with catering, banquet service, or hotel food service is a plus Prior assistant manager or supervisory experience in the food industry is highly desirable Embark on a rewarding career where your leadership fuels success!
