 Share your ideas and help shape the way we work through improvement huddles, employee surveys, and town hall meetings Job DescriptionA Day in the Life Provide compassionate, patient-centered care as part of a collaborative nursing team Record and evaluate staffing patterns for all inpatient nursing units each shiftAssist in development and/or implementation of performance improvement programs and servicesCollaborate with nursing staff at all levels, interdisciplinary teams, and other stakeholders. Evaluate need for immediate intervention in family crisis situations and Medical Social Work involvement when available.
