The successful candidate will be a friendly, outgoing person who is comfortable leading a team and interacting with customers on a regular basis Responsibilities In this role as the Afternoon Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the food service establishment.

Your core responsibilities will include:

• Managing and supervising a team of employees to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery
• Utilizing your expertise in food service management to maintain standards of food preparation and service
• Utilizing POS systems for order processing and inventory control
• Ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent customer service and resolving any issues that may arise
• Applying your hospitality management skills to create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for guests
• Collaborating with the management team to implement strategies for improving overall restaurant operations
• Adhering to food safety standards, including ServSafe guidelines, to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
