Job Description Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support baristas and staff during shifts Ensure high-quality preparation of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages Provide outstanding customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally Open and close the shop, make weekly schedule for employees, cash handling and daily reporting Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching to team members Maintain cleanliness, organization, and adherence to health and safety standards Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies Lead by example to create a positive and productive work environment

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or retail leadership role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure Knowledge of coffee/tea preparation is an asset Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays Qualifications Must have at least 1 year or more Barista Experience with previous experience in a cafe or restaurant environment is preferred. Proficient in cash handling. Strong communication and leadership skills. Excellent customer service skills to provide a very positive experience with every customer. Strong time management skills to handle multiple task in a fast paced environment. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Knowledge of food service industry standards and practices.
