Position Summary The Culinary Manager provides leadership across kitchen operations to ensure consistent, high-quality dining experiences for residents. This role oversees food quality, recipe standardization, sanitation, safety compliance, and staff training while supporting and developing kitchen team members. This position is responsible for supervising daily kitchen operations, maintaining regulatory standards, and ensuring meals are prepared safely, efficiently, and with excellence. The Culinary Manager collaborates with leadership to plan menus, support special events, and uphold a positive, team-focused work environment.
Schedule Details Shift:
