Closing Lead Full Time | Creative Dining Services | 12:30pm-9pm with rotating weekendsHolland, MIJoin the hospitality team at Hope College! Were looking for a dependable, energetic Closing Lead to support our Front-of-House (FOH) team in a fast-paced, rewarding campus dining environment.

Core Responsibilities:
Lead FOH operations during closing shiftsEnsure menus are accurate, with precise allergens and iconsMonitor food holding temps, restock items, and complete closing checklistsSupport team members and resolve service issues or conflictsCommunicate clearly with supervisors, kitchen staff, and team members about needs, updates, or concernsQualifications:
12 years in food service or customer service (leadership a plus)Knowledge of Top 9 Food AllergensBasic computer skills (Microsoft365, Google Apps)ServSafe certification preferredAble to lift 25 lbs and stay on your feetPerks & Benefits:
