Job Description

Are you ready for some fun ? Come join us at our Tropical Smoothie Cafe in Jackson! We are looking for high energy, responsible and flexible adult Shift Leaders (18 and older) to provide the best service to our customers and lead our wonderful team on the opening and closing shifts. Weekend availability is a must. If you have a great attitude, an amazing work ethic and a friendly smile, send us that application or stop on in and show us you've got what it takes!
Responsibilities:
Enjoy working on a team with goals to produce the best food possible Top-notch customer service Working with the General Manager to lead the best possible crew Maintain a positive and professional attitude with coworkers Maintain health and safety requirements Break-down and clean-up of equipment and facilities Production of all food items, including smoothies, sandwiches and salads Count and properly handle forms of payment Opening and closing operations
Qualifications:
1 year experience Willingness to learn (on-the-job training provided) Ability to follow preset guidelines for production, cleanliness and safety Salary commensurate with experience
