Responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining food safety standards, handling customer concerns, and helping keep the store running smoothly. Previous restaurant or leadership experience is preferred. Must have the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. This position offers the opportunity to develop leadership and management skills, with potential for advancement into an Assistant Manager or Manager role for the right candidate. We are looking for someone who is dependable, motivated, and interested in growing with our team. Duties Supervise daily restaurant operations during your shift and help ensure the store runs smoothly. Lead and support team members while maintaining company standards for quality, cleanliness, and service. Participate in and Oversee food preparation and handling to ensure food quality and compliance with food safety standards. Operate and manage the POS system, including order entry, cash handling, and end-of-shift procedures. Assist with opening and closing duties, inventory management, and general store operations. Address customer questions, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner. Help train and develop team members while promoting a positive and productive work environment.
