  • Experience in food service and management Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to oversee operations during the closing shift.
The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional service quality, manage staff effectively, and maintain a safe and welcoming environment for both guests and employees. This role requires strong leadership skills and a background in food service, making it essential for the Closing Manager to be hands-on in various operational aspects. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all activities during the night shift to ensure smooth operations. Oversee staff performance, providing guidance and support as needed to maintain high standards of service. Manage food service operations Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness throughout the establishment. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction. Train new staff members on operational procedures, including cash handling and food safety practices. Qualifications Previous experience in a leadership role within the food service industry is required. Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
