What You'll Do:
Responsible for leading a team of 7-10 people while learning how to run a business. Lead and motivate your team during shifts. Deliver exceptional guest experiences. Keep operations running smoothly, from inventory to shift checklists. Be the go-to problem solver when challenges arise.
What We Need From You:
Leadership skills and a passion for building people up. Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure. Previous food service or retail leadership experience is a plus.
Salary Description:
$13.73/hr base pay Tip-eligible role
