Overview Join our dynamic team as a Firehouse Subs Crew Member and become the heart of a fast-paced, customer-focused environment! Duties Prepare and assemble menu items efficiently, following company recipes and food safety standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders accurately and handle cash transactions with precision Provide friendly, attentive customer service to ensure a positive dining experience for every guest Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, dining area, and food prep stations in accordance with health regulations Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and managing food storage to uphold quality standards Support upselling efforts by suggesting menu enhancements to increase sales and improve guest satisfaction Follow proper food safety procedures, including proper food handling, sanitation, and storage practices Skills Proven experience in food preparation or working in quick service & fast food restaurants is highly desirable Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient order processing Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests from diverse backgrounds Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks during busy periods effectively Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate order calculations Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices within the food industry Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Join us today and bring your enthusiasm for food service into a role that rewards your hard work with growth opportunities!
