The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and a comprehensive understanding of food management practices. This role requires effective supervision of staff, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, and delivering an exceptional experience to our customers. Responsibilities Supervise daily operations of the establishment, ensuring high standards of food service and customer satisfaction. Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels to ensure smooth operations. Oversee cash handling procedures, ensuring accuracy in transactions and adherence to financial protocols. Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and growth. Enforce food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in accordance with health standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food items while maintaining quality standards. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for resolution that enhances customer satisfaction. Implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity within the team. Qualifications Proven experience in food service management or customer service preferred Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in kitchen management. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and staff alike. Experience with cash handling procedures and financial management within a retail or food service context. Ability to lead by example, demonstrating effective supervisory skills while motivating team members.
