Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Floor Manager to lead our restaurant team and ensure an exceptional dining experience for every guest. As a vital part of our management team, you will oversee daily operations on the restaurant floor, coordinate staff activities, and uphold the highest standards of food quality, safety, and customer service. Your leadership will drive team motivation, streamline service processes, and foster a welcoming environment that keeps guests coming back. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional eager to make a positive impact in a fast-paced, lively setting. Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth flow of service during all shifts Lead, motivate, and train staff in food preparation, customer service, and safety protocols to maintain high performance standards Oversee food handling and preparation processes to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards Manage inventory control, including stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Handle cash transactions accurately through cash handling procedures and reconcile end-of-shift reports Coordinate shift schedules, assign duties, and manage staffing levels to meet business demands Conduct staff training sessions on food production, kitchen management, and hospitality best practices Monitor customer feedback and resolve issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations across all areas of the restaurant Support kitchen management in food production, catering events, banquet services, or bar operations as needed Proven management experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment with supervising responsibilities Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary standards within casual dining or fine dining settings Hands-on experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and inventory tracking Strong background in food safety practices and food handling procedures Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively through training & development initiatives Experience managing budgets, controlling costs, and implementing food & labor cost strategies Previous roles in hospitality management or restaurant management with a focus on customer service excellence Familiarity with kitchen management, catering services, banquet operations or hotel experience is advantageous Excellent communication skills with the ability to interview staff candidates and foster a collaborative team environment Join us as a Floor Manager to inspire your team, elevate guest experiences, and thrive in a vibrant hospitality setting!
