Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring quality control and compliance with food safety regulations. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation. Monitor inventory levels, control food costs, and coordinate with kitchen staff for efficient food production. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to guarantee a positive dining experience. Conduct shift management duties including scheduling, overseeing food handling procedures, and ensuring cleanliness standards are met. Qualifications Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles within quick service or fast food establishments. Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety protocols. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; cash handling experience required. Strong leadership skills with a background in staff training, team management, and supervising diverse teams. Experience in inventory control, budgeting, and food cost management within a hospitality setting. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally. Previous experience in fine dining or casual dining environments is preferred; banquet or catering experience is a plus.
