About the Role We're looking for a high-energy, people-loving Shift Leader/Key Holder (Must be at least 18 years old and available to work 3-5 days, including nights and weekends) to help lead our ice cream shop to sweet success! You'll be the right-hand hero to the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, keeping operations smooth, customers happy, and the vibes as fun as our flavors. What You'll Be Doing Lead and support our scoop squad Delivering amazing customer service Manage shifts (opening or closing) and daily operations Keep the shop clean, stocked, and running smoothly What We're looking for Leadership or supervisory experience Positive, upbeat attitude Weekend/evening availability Perks of the Job Hourly rates from $15
