Job Description
Overview We are seeking an energetic and motivated Shift Supervisor to lead our dynamic care staff in a fast-paced, quick service Assisted Living environment. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and maintaining high standards of quality care and safety. As a shift supervisor, you will be the driving force behind smooth shift transitions, staff supervision, and operational excellence, all while fostering a positive team atmosphere. Responsibilities Lead and supervise team members during your shift, ensuring superb care services, and cleanliness standards are met. Manage QuickMAR system for accurate charting and orders. Train new staff members as needed Ensure quick service delivery by coordinating kitchen operations and supervising food production workflows. Handle client inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure an outstanding experience for all guests. Promote a positive team environment through effective communication, motivation, and leadership. Assure all medications are being passed in a timely manner and cart audits are being completed. Ensure proper rounds are being completed to ensure the safety of the residents. Qualifications Proven experience in care service management or supervisory. Strong knowledge of appropriate care techniques, medical terminology, and leadership skills. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and develop staff effectively. Ability to multitask efficiently in a high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills for coordinating team efforts.
