Shift Manager to help us grow. We have a great team and great employees and are looking to add to the team. You will start as a shift manager in training and have a fixed schedule. Prior management skills, preferably in the restaurant field, is preferred. Prior Jimmy John's experience is a big plus! Shift Managers will be responsible for ensuring company systems and procedures are followed, delegating jobs, leading staff, and fostering a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a great work ethic, personality, and team spirit, all focused around delivering world class customer service. All Shift Managers start a training rate of $14.00/hour. As each phase of training is completed, it will result in a $0.25-$0.50 raise that are stacked onto one another. Once actively taking Shift Manager shifts, the pay rate is $16.00/hour. Jimmy John's Gourmet Sandwiches is known for its obsession with fresh, quality products and high-speed execution. The French and whole-wheat bread is baked in-house daily, and every vegetable, cheese and all-natural meat is freshly sliced at the restaurant each and every day at every one of our locations across the country.
